Ad astra Career Management provides support for people facing redundancy.

Most individuals facing such change do not feel equipped to deal with it, and value expert and objective coaching to help them to understand the wider job market and how to sell themselves effectively within it.

Outplacement support helps people to review their skills, values and achievements and to evaluate future opportunities in the light of that.

It builds confidence and provides structure at a time when individuals may be feeling vulnerable, so assists in helping them through the process more effectively.

Support can be delivered on a one to one basis or through workshops, and we are happy to discuss your organisation's particular needs.
