Ad astra helps delegates to explore the difference between leadership and management and clarify areas of strengths and areas to develop, in order to reach their potential, so driving the potential of the business as a whole.

With the aim of working in partnership with organisations, the programme is designed to be run in house. It is tailored to your organisational culture and leadership style to ensure there is a good fit between the development and the needs of the business.

The programme runs over a 4–6 month period and is built up from several modules:
