Nick MarlowHaving established himself as a Career and Performance Coach in 2000, Nick now works with over 400 individuals each year.

 

Specialising in 1:1 programmes, his pragmatic approach involves:

  • Challenging an individual’s thinking and perceptions.
  • Clarifying their career drivers to encourage better self-understanding and clearer direction.
  • Focusing individuals to achieve sustainable change and encouraging options and strategies to achieve career and developmentalgoals. 
  • Empowering people and equipping them with the self-confidence, competence and motivation to secure future success.

Nick has a natural ability to establish ‘real’ and productive working relationships, based on trust and mutual respect.  Highly motivational, he has built a proven track record of developing individuals and teams.  His business focuses on personal development, behavioural work and can cover both business and personal issues. He has professionally coached individuals, at all levels, and enabled clients to come to terms with a wide variety of situations and allowed them to begin clarification and motivation to achieve their corporate and personal goals. 

With a strong business background gained in blue-chip, international markets, he has operated at senior levels at Kraft Foods, Caradon Mira and HSBC.  His coaching assignments have been across both the public and private sectors and include BP, Brady, Whitbread, Zurich, Compass Group and Cheltenham Borough Council.

His training and qualifications are in Business and Finance, Purchasing and Supply and the following psychometric tools – MBTI – Step 1 and 2, Emotional Intelligence and 16PF.  Nick is a member of the Association of Coaching and he also maintains links with the Association of Career Professionals.
